Client Relations Manager

As a Victorian based compliance specialist for NDIS businesses, we are passionate about ensuring we provide our clients with the right tools and information so they can deliver the highest level of care to participants whilst successfully operating their business.

We offer a start to finish solution to the registration process for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We have a real focus and determination on changing and improving the Disability Sector (NDIS).

We are excited to be expanding our family and hope to find the right person to grow with us! 

About the role:

  • Assist clients through the registration process
  • Ensure clients receive support and correct information to successfully start up their business 
  • Respond and diffuse customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term relationships with clients 
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers as per the process to ensure they are satisfied 
  • Respond to client’s email, call or messages within a suitable time frame 
  • Overlook client profiles to ensure all information uploaded to their file is accurate
  • Support clients in selecting NDIS service categories and completing service list 
  • Undertake ongoing training to upkeep industry knowledge
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm hours
  • Above award pay rate! $32 per hr + pay review after 3 months
  • Office located in Tullamarine

Skills & Experience?

  • Strong customer service focus & desire to put the customer first.
  • Excellent problem solving & relationship building skills.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Experience using Pipedrive CRM is desirable but not essential
